  • Leads called on behalf of our clients: when a business engages our managed service, we place calls to leads that business provides us. In that relationship, our client determines what data is collected and why, and we process it as a service provider on their behalf. If you were contacted by one of our callers, see Section 6 below.

2. Information We Collect

Information you submit to us directly

  • Contact details: first and last name, company, email address, phone number, website, and industry
  • Any notes you share about your current lead follow-up process or what you'd like us to look at
  • Files you choose to upload, such as a sales script (PDF, DOCX, or TXT) or call recordings/transcripts (MP3, WAV, PDF, DOCX, or TXT) submitted for a free analysis

Information collected automatically

Our web host may automatically log standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and troubleshooting purposes. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy.

3. How We Use Information

  • To respond to your inquiry and deliver the Free Script Analysis or Free Call Performance Analysis you requested
  • To operate our managed calling and qualification service for clients who engage us, including making calls, transcribing completed conversations, and analyzing them for interest, objections, and qualification information
  • To communicate with you about our services

We do not sell personal information.

4. How Submitted Files Are Handled

Files uploaded through our website forms are stored on our hosting servers using randomized file names that are not publicly listed or discoverable, and are used only to prepare the analysis you requested. We retain them only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose, or as otherwise required to support an ongoing client engagement.

5. How We Share Information

  • With our clients: when we qualify a lead on behalf of a client, we share the relevant conversation details and qualification information with that client so their sales team can follow up.
  • Service providers: we may use third-party providers for functions like web hosting, email delivery, and scheduling (for example, Calendly), who process information only as needed to provide those services to us.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required to do so by law or in a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

6. If You Were Contacted by One of Our Callers

Zenith Tech Pros places calls on behalf of businesses that engage our managed service. Those businesses supply the contact lists we call and are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and consents to have their leads contacted, including compliance with applicable telemarketing and do-not-call laws. Calls we make on a client's behalf may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and analysis purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted, let us know on the call or reply to any follow-up communication, and we will pass your request to the client and remove you from that campaign's active calling list. For any other requests regarding your information, please contact the business that referred you to us, as they are the party that determines how that information is used.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to support an ongoing client relationship, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices

If you submitted information to us directly (for example, through a form on this website) and would like to access, correct, or request deletion of it, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Third-Party Links
